PRO-ACTIVE SERVICE
IMR Telecom does not wait for a customer complaint, vandalism or a full coin-box before it provides service to its phones. The IMR Telecom “SmartPhone” contains sensors which monitor its service and repair needs, along with revenue information. Every 24 hours, every IMR pay telephone is polled from IMR Telecom headquarters and each phone generates a report on its repair needs. Those needs are responded to within 24 hours.

REGULAR PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE
The sophisticated IMR Telecom reporting system allows us to build a “history” of every phone so that its service needs can frequently be anticipated—rather than responded to after-the-fact.

NATIONAL SUPPORT
IMR Telecom is a member of the Amerinet national public telephone network. This means that if your business has locations outside New England or New York, IMR “SmartPhones” located there will receive the same full maintenance and support as if they were right here in the Northeast.

REPAIR ACCESSIBILITY
If you should ever have to call for repair or service of an IMR Telecom “SmartPhone” (and most of our customers never do), you will probably get hold of a real human being at IMR Telecom. Unlike Verizon, we are a local company based in the Northeast. No voicemail. No runaround. No huge bureaucracy.
