REPORTING
IMR’s Accountability is based on the unique ability of the IMR “SmartPhone” to report on its own status daily. This computer intelligence, built into every IMR “SmartPhone,” is not available from the low-tech, “dumb phones” used by other providers.

Every day, every “SmartPhone” is polled and each phone reports how much it has collected and how much money is in it. This daily poll allows IMR to provide you with detailed usage and commission reports on all your IMR Telecom public telephones.

These reports are used to determine which phones might be in need of repair. Quite often, when a phone is out of order, it is because it unexpectedly filled up with coins. IMR is alerted to this potential problem through the daily polling of every phone. As a result of this, IMR Telecom phones are productive a greater percentage of the time.
